Here we utilize an evidence based systematic approach to heal the body, improve metabolism, build better body composition, and combat the diseases associated with aging.

Breath

Unlike meditation, where we are aware of the mental chatter, Breathwork is an active, efficient, effective technique that will allow you to disconnect from the mind, enter a different state of consciousness, and bring you to a deeper state of connection and love. Our certified Breathwork Facilitators use intentional stimulation (breath, music, and movement) to regulate the nervous system and bring your body back into balance. Mobility

Mobility is foundational to our health. Joint limitations and restricted mobility can result in chronic pain, stiffness, injuries, and plateaus in strength. These limitations can impede performance in various activities in our daily life. While the improvements in range of motion are great, the real game changers of mobility training are found within the reduction of pain, the resiliency against injuries, and the improvements in athletic performance. Our style of mobility training will make you far more capable, athletic, and a resilient human being. 


In Person Training

Get in person one on one personal training with a dedicated HealthKer Fitness Professional. This service provides you with both in person hands-on training in addition to full access to our digital remote coaching services for continued accountability and progress tracking 24/7.

Remote Training

Hectic schedule or feel as if you don’t need the in person attention? Well we have you covered! With our remote training package you will get full all inclusive access to the HealthKer fitness app which provides you with the benefits of individual training no matter your location. You can still expect personalized programing and nutrition recommendations from your assigned HealthKer Fitness Professional.
