Tracking Your Progress

Let’s face it, we all have goals in one form or another. For some, the road to achieving these goals seems effortless and results seemingly immediate. For others, like myself, it can feel as if you are spinning your tires in place for months at a time. Admittedly it took me several years of not only training myself but as a fitness professional to fully embrace the importance of tracking progress along the journey to attaining personal goals as well as those set by clients.

In today’s article I plan to breakdown a handful of variables I personally track in addition to actionable ways to stay organized that can fit your already hectic lifestyle.
